finally...

...4H presentation night is over. All my preparation (as well as anxiety, insanity, etc.) was, put to a good use, i do believe. now that it is over and i can check the ten minute speech off my graduation requirements, i am returning to the other credits and half credits i need to finish.

- English (2500 word paper and 25 books)

- Geography

- Safety Ed.

- Art


Basically, the "crumbs" of high school. the things i just didn't get to in the past three and a half years. little things, but important. (Yet, can you imagine being held back because you didn't complete a semester of art? Not gonna happen to me.)


Off to learn what a savannah is, finish Robinson Crusoe, and experiment with oil pastels,

Crème brûlée

I just finished creating eight lovely ramekins of Crème brûlée, and now they are residing in the refrigerator chilling for tomorrow's dinner. truth be told, i made them minus the "brulee" part, and i'll torch them right before eating. we're actually having dinner at a friends house between services, so should be fun to bring out the propane torch and "wow" them. ^_^

also preparing my presentation for 4H presentation night tuesday. *sigh* hope that works out how i want it to. wish me luck if i don't post before then.
